Senior Engineer

CME Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm looking to develop and grow our business in the Northeast and is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager/Engineer to lead and build our Nashua, NH Office. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years experience in consulting engineering, the ability to create and grow meaningful client relationships, and excel at developing talent at all levels of experience.


  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in the field
  • Possess professional licensure in the state of New Hampshire (or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity within three months)
  • Experience in a management/leadership role or certification of training in these areas
  • Excellent reputation for client care and delivering quality
  • Ability to build key relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication skills and with prior experience interacting with clients, subconsultants and other stakeholders

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and contribute to the growth of the office
  • Use industry/professional connections to create leads on new work and acquire new talent
  • Manage large projects and function as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee multiple project managers and provide professional guidance and leadership
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with project and design teams in other locations
  • Technical writing for proposals
  • Presentations

The chosen candidate will be able to effectively communicate (written & oral), possess superior organizational skills, have proficient computer skills, and work effectively to meet scheduling requirements and quality control standards.  The candidate will be required to uphold Governmental and Corporate Quality Assurance Policies/Procedures.
